Local and International

All orders that have been paid on weekdays (except Monday) will be sent to you on the next working day. Orders made on Friday to Sunday will only be shipped on next Tuesday (No delivery on Monday). No shipping will be made on public holiday.

Normally it will take approximately 2-5 working days (local), 5-14 working days (international) to reach you.

After your purchase is complete and your shipment has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. You may also view your shipment’s status at any time by logging in your tracking code on courier’s official website.

Lost of Parcel

Once the item has left the warehouse, we will not be held responsible for any loses and delay on shipment done by Pos Malaysia/PosLaju. We could only be able to help in making a report on the lost parcel. For any concern on your tracking details and your parcel whereabout, you need to contact the local Poslaju office or simply call their hotline at 1-300-300-300 (Malaysia) or 603 – 27279100 (Overseas).


The postal fee charged does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country where the order originated. the responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. For further information, it may be necessary to call local customs offices to gain further details.

Return & Exchange

All SALE and ‘on offer’ items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us and we will gladly issue an exchange within 7 days of the purchase date. The shipping cost will be covered by the customer. All goods sold and delivered are NON-REFUNDABLE.

We gladly accept exchanges within 7 days of receipt free of charge. However, we can only exchange non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. The merchandise must be returned in one package. All exchange shipments are made using the same service as the original delivery. We reserve the right to refuse multiple returns sent at different times from one order.

Please be aware that we can only exchange an item for the same item in a different size, providing the stocks are available.
