TERMS AND CONDITIONS (CUSTOM ORDER)
Order Agreement
By placing a custom order with Haydena, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
The details of your custom order, including specifications, design, and delivery date, will be outlined in a separate Order Agreement form.
Payment Terms

- A non-refundable deposit of [percentage]% of the total order value is required upon signing the Order Agreement.
- The remaining balance must be paid in full within 60 days from the date of signing the Order Agreement, regardless of the delivery or pick-up date.
Design

- Once your order is placed, alterations to sizing, material, color, and other major changes are not permitted. It is imperative to carefully review and confirm your order details before finalizing your purchase.
- We adhere strictly to these terms, and any deviation may not be accommodated.
- Please be aware that while we strive to maintain consistency, slight variations in color may occur due to differences in batches of production. Additionally, in the event that the desired color theme is unavailable, materials may vary.
- We advise customers to anticipate potential variations and understand that these differences are inherent to the manufacturing process.
- We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these policies, as they enable us to efficiently process orders and maintain the quality of our products and services.
- If you take your own measurements, your garment will be made based on the measurements you provide. We cannot be held responsible for any fit issues resulting from inaccurate or incomplete measurements given to us.
Production Time

- By consenting to the terms and conditions, you understand that the items you are ordering are new, made-to-order items created specifically for your order. These items typically take 4-6 weeks to complete after your order is placed.
- First Fitting: This typically occurs 2-3 weeks after the order is placed. During this fitting, the initial measurements are taken, and the item is adjusted to fit the customer’s body shape and embellishment preferences as closely as possible.
- Minor Alterations: If needed, minor alterations are made based on the first fitting. This process usually takes another 1-2 weeks. These alterations could include adjustments to the length, width, or other aspects of the garment to ensure a better fit.
- Final Fitting: After the minor alterations are completed, the customer has another fitting to ensure that the adjustments have achieved the desired fit. This final fitting allows for any last-minute tweaks to be made to ensure the perfect fit.
- Finalization: Once the final fitting is satisfactory, the item is finalized, and any remaining finishing touches are applied before delivery.
Urgent Orders

- If you need an order by an earlier date, you can request a rush order for an extra fee. We will only agree to rush order deadlines that we are sure we can meet.
Additional Charges

- If the specific color or material requested is unavailable, Haydena will notify the customer and suggest alternative options.
- Any changes to materials due to unavailability may incur additional charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.
- Alteration resulting from design changes (color, material or major sizing issues like from) will be subject to additional charges. These charges are necessary to cover the cost of labor and materials associated with modifying the original order.
- Modifications to an original order’s embellishments, such as requesting extra lace or embellishment changes, will also result in additional charges. These charges reflect the added materials and labor required to fulfill the request.
- We offer one complimentary alteration; any additional alterations will be subject to a fee.
Quality Assurance

- Haydena guarantees the quality of materials and craftsmanship. If there are any defects in the final product, we will work to rectify them promptly.
Cancellation and Refunds

- Once the Order Agreement is signed and the deposit is paid, the order cannot be canceled.
- If production has not yet begun and the order is canceled, a 10% charge of the total order value will be applied to cover consultation and administrative costs.
- If we have already started making your item(s), we will not be able to offer any refund. Any refunds are at our discretion.
- We do not allow refunds due to impatience or in the event of unforeseen circumstances, but we do allow the exchange of products based on the first order total.
- Your agreement to these terms is necessary for us to proceed with your order. If you do not agree, please refrain from proceeding with your purchase.
Liability

- Haydena is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, transportation issues, or supplier delays.
Customer Responsibilities

- Customers must provide accurate specifications and details for the custom order. Any errors or omissions in the provided information may result in additional costs or delays.
- Customers must be available for design approvals and communications to ensure timely progress of the order.
By signing the Order Agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
