Return & Exchange Policy

At Haydena, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully as it applies to both online and in-store purchases.

  • Purchased Item
    All items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for SALE item.

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase due to a defect/wrong size you may exchange it within 7 days of the purchase date.

Exchange Conditions:

We are happy to offer exchanges if the following conditions are met:

  1. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.
  2. All tags must be attached.
  3. Merchandise should be returned in a single package.

Important Notes:

  • Exchanges are only available for the same item in a different size, subject to stock availability.
  • Returns sent separately from the original order may be refused.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility.
