Returns & Exchanges

All SALE and 'on offer' items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Please note, all goods sold are NON-REFUNDABLE.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase due to a defect, please return it within 7 days of the purchase date for an exchange.

Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility.

We offer exchanges within 7 days of receipt at no additional cost for defective items, provided the items meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.
  • All tags must be attached.
  • Merchandise should be returned in a single package.

Exchanges are only available for the same item in a different size, subject to stock availability. Returns sent separately from the original order may be refused.
